Maxijacket firms the rope, increases snag resistance, improves abrasion resistance, and helps keep contaminants from entering the rope.Maxijacket has no effect on the ropes spliceability.Maxijacket is the same type of coating used to impart the yellow color to Yale's yellow Ultrex rope, or the blue or gray color to the otherwise white Amsteel rope.
